OUR METHOD

We’ve selected to work with the best, to produce the best juice possible.

We are using industry-leading Goodnature’s X-1 and the X-1 Mini Juicer. The combo of these two juicers allows us to produce raw juice, safely, fast and efficiently. When you pair our team with the best organic ingredients along with the best cold-press juicers on the market, you simply get the best juice you could possibly produce! It takes roughly 6 lbs of fruit, veg, and superfoods to produce just 5 bottles of the good stuff. We NEVER add water, sugar, additives or preservatives to our juices. A Westy’s juicer is always 100% organic juice.

If it’s not organic, it doesn’t make it into the bottle!

Because of who we’d like to help with our organic juice (cancer warriors and others facing various inflammation & health issues) we simply cannot, under any circumstances use conventionally-grown produce. Juicing with organic, non-GMO produce is the only way we can achieve our goal, which is to bring the best juice to truly benefit your health and wellbeing.

What’s the shelf life?

Our juices are raw, 100% organic, and unpasteurized, which means the shelf life of our juices runs from 4 to 6 days, (we recommend greens to be consumed within the first 4.) Our juices can be frozen for up to a year if needed, and they will retain their freshness, texture, and nutrients, we’ve tested it!

When fresh juice is pasteurized, it must be heated, most are done through a process called HPP (high-pressure processing), which kills off all the good bacteria, valuable life enzymes, and micronutrients found in cold-pressed juice. Most of the juices you find in grocery stores, or grab & go’s are pasteurized and have a shelf life of 30 days+. Those juices unfortunately have lost most, if not all, of the significant nutrients you’d want to consume when drinking juice.

Our Bottles are 100% made in the USA.

All of the bottles we procure are 100% proudly made in these great United States and are safe and recyclable. We never heat up our juice, which makes these vessels safe for your consumption! We will eventually move towards glass bottling once we have a storefront but for now for the transport and safety, we are using BPA Free plastic bottles manufactured here in the USA.
