The garden box comes filled with a generous veggie medley on a bed of mixed greens, and is paired with a delicious light and tangy garlic lemon vinaigrette designed to fight inflammation.
Ingredients: Mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, carrot, English cucumber, cauliflower, red onion, radish (sometimes subbed with raw sweet Chioggia beet), organic white cheddar.
Dressing: Garlic Lemon Vinaigrette — Olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, local honey, garlic, apple cider vinegar, Himalayan pink salt, and pepper.

The beet box is perfectly balanced. Our organic sweet beets are met with herbed organic goat cheese and a refreshing dressing. This salad is bound to please beet lovers and those looking for something different!
Ingredients: Mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red beets, golden beets, red onion, organic herbed goat cheese, sunflower sprouts (sometimes subbed out for microgreens), pumpkin seeds.
Dressing: Sunrise Citrus Vinaigrette — Olive oil, orange juice, raw turmeric, orange zest, agave, apple cider vinegar, Himalayan pink salt, and pepper.

A simple, all-organic Greek salad is a good change of pace! We're using delicious Feta and Kalamata olives from Greece paired up with fresh romaine, baby tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and a house-made Mediterranean vinaigrette!
Ingredients: Romain lettuce, tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, feta, and kalamata olives.
Dressing: Olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon, oregano, onion, garlic, black pepper, Himalayan pink salt, and a touch of agave.

They are naturally sweetened with the dates used, which were grown right here in Peoria! Dates are a great source of fiber, potassium, and are high in antioxidants! You can keep these in your freezer for up to 6 months if you’d like. Just remember… it’s okay to share!

Ingredients for the donut: Flour, egg, cocoa powder, olive oil, agave syrup, pumpkin seed mylk, baking powder, baking soda, and Himalayan pink salt.
Icing: Cocoa paste, maple syrup, pumpkin seed mylk.

Everything that goes into our salads is organic, from our oils to our cheeses, we insist and will continue to obsess about bringing you foods that are not doused by pesticides nor have been genetically modified!
We’re using all organic, non-GMO ingredients, sourced as local as we possibly can at this time. Everything we use for our salads is certified organic by the USDA and/or by 3rd party organic inspection groups such as the Oregon Tilth of Oregon, and CCOF of Santa Cruz, CA. (Yes 3rd party groups that conduct inspections on organic produce matter and in most cases are better than the USDA’s!)
