About Victoria

Victoria has been gardening and eventually farming for the better part of 50 years. After moving from California to Arizona nearly 10 years ago, she settled in her idyllic homestead in the West Valley where she has goats and chickens, and a constant abundance of incredible fruit trees and veggies growing as if she didn’t live in our desert climate.

She has been a friend and guide to all who share their passion with her on gardening organically and sustainably.

About Sarah Withers

IMG_5734.jpg

Sarah is a homesteader and cheesemaker residing on two acres in the NW Valley. She is a mom of 3 beautiful children, 7, 5 and 1. She and her husband Zack raise dairy cows, goats, pigs and chickens for food, eggs and milk.

As her family encountered sensitivities to dairy from products from the store, she ventured out and began to explore raw milk and its health benefits, to her delight, her entire family is able to consume dairy from her own livestock.

She’s a big believer in eating organic as well as getting her kids in the kitchen young, teaching them where food comes from has just been part of their upbringing.
