Thanou, affectionately known as T, is driven by his passion for exceptional food and people. His commitment to providing healthier options in NW Peoria inspired the creation of Westy's. Born in Paris, and naturalized as a proud American citizen, he has over a decade and half of experience in crafting innovative solutions for businesses of all sizes, T has successfully helped them grow and flourish through helping them brand and convey their messaging. He has also held key creative roles in one of America's top five largest churches for over seven years.

Now, T is embarking on a new chapter by bringing his vision for Westy's to life in NW Peoria, Arizona. His goal is to inspire families to rediscover the joy of food, challenge traditional views on organic eating, and positively transform household habits. He hopes to make a lasting impact on future generations by emphasizing the importance of enjoying real, wholesome food.

Outside of work, T cherishes time with his wife, Alison an AZ native, whom he has been married to for 18 years. He delights in teaching their 11 and 9-year-old children various skills, including drawing, cooking, golf, tennis, and building with Lego. Experimenting in the kitchen and sharing meals with others are among his greatest pleasures in life.

Alison

Alison, a native of the West Valley and a graduate of Northern Arizona University, has spent over seven years teaching science in the Peoria School District. As an amazing mom to two energetic young food enthusiasts, she skillfully balances numerous responsibilities for Westy’s while maintaining a warm and happy home. Her passions include gardening, crafting beautiful bouquets from her backyard flowers, and regularly teaching her children about science. Alison is also a dedicated researcher and advocate for detoxifying the home environment of harmful chemicals.

As a key force behind Westy's sustainability efforts, Alison plays a crucial role in ensuring the business remains environmentally responsible at every stage, while stocking it with the cleanest, tastiest sweet treats without the junk. Many of the family-focused products and initiatives are the result of her innovative ideas and dedication.

Hope

Hope is a graduate from Glendale Preparatory Academy. She loves the outdoors, nature, and the ocean. Through her own health experiences, she havs come to realize that having the right nutrition is very important in life. She is passionate about serving Peoria in creating a healthier lifestyle through Westy’s. Hope serves at the Wildlife World Zoo in her spare time when she’s not leading the juicing team at work.

Brandon

Brandon, a native of Arizona, and joined the Westy's team in the spring of 2023. He has a deep passion for the outdoors and a strong desire to help others. While his professional background is rooted in being a highly skilled and experienced house painter, his personal interests extend to nurturing plants, particularly those that are edible. In his free time, Brandon enjoys spending quality time with his newly adopted pup, Riley, exploring the great outdoors together.

Clemens

Emma, affectionately known as “Clemens”, is a twenty year old master student at Arizona State University. She enjoys hiking, baking, and country line dancing. She’s been dating her now fiancé, Kaden, for almost three years and are getting married later this year. She loves serving at her local church and making new friends with the customers at Westy’s.

Biggest Pet Peeve: Loud gum chewers

Makayla

Makayla just graduated early from Sunrise Mountain High School. She’s attending cosmetology school in the spring. She enjoys going to Carlsbad and hanging out with her co-workers outside of work.

Emma

Emma is curently a high school student who’s driven and very active in our community. She spends her weekdays involved in various time-demanding activities — her favorite being DECA as a state officer. On her weekend she spends her time serving at church and going to Roadrunner or the lake with her friends!
